Also the extra tools are not included in the full SDK, but you can get
them from
http://www.fileplanet.com/110917/110000/fileinfo/Microsoft-DirectX-8.1-SDK-Extras

Microsoft removed the official download some time back, although you may
still be able to get it from either of the following;
